Assistant Sales Manager

Job description

We are seeking a passionate car person, with previous auto sales experience and exceptional customer service skills to join us as an Assistant Sales Manager. This role demands a knowledge and understanding of the value of each step in the sales process, including how to present yourself professionally in appearance and attitude. A customer service obsession will go a long way too, as you put our guests front and centre, building relationships with existing and potential customers, and being responsive to all their needs. As a manager, you will need to be all over any dealership activities associated with the sale and delivery of vehicles you sell. This includes establishing and maintaining good working relationships with all our other departments. Regardless of how high-pressure the environment is, you’ll need to roll up your sleeves and lead by example, displaying superior negotiation and closing skills in order to meet our KPIs and sales targets.
