The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer relationship skills, strong service writer capabilities, and previous automotive repair experience. Every day is different in our busy automotive service center. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including overseeing Technicians , addressing customer inquiries and helping them with their needs , and managing required documentation.
