Residential Associate - Per Diem Shifts (Weekends)

Join our team of full-time professionals delivering cutting-edge treatment for pregnant and parenting women with a history of trauma, and be part of the implementation of our Relational Recovery Model that we developed in partnership with Rutgers University. We are located only 15 minutes from Rutgers, so this could be a great position if you are interested in the social services field. We also offer part-time/per diem positions that allow for a more flexible schedule. Under the supervision of the Residential Associate Manager, the Residential Associate (RA) is responsible for facilitating the residential activities and managing residential safety as outlined by the interdisciplinary treatment team for the delivery of services. Additionally, the Residential Associate will promote the use of the Nurtured Heart Approach, as well as the Attachment, Regulation, and Competency interventions (ARC) in all residential activities with the goal of sustaining a safe and comfortable environment for the residents of the program.
