Location: Work from home (Pennsylvania) Shift: Days (United States of America) Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Worker Type: Regular Exemption Status: Yes Job Summary: This position is responsible for the design and ongoing administration of key Geisinger Health System talent initiatives such as employee engagement, executive coaching, change management, team dynamics, succession, retention and more. Role is accountable for the planning and execution of organizational development activities across Geisinger. This Sr. Consultant-level position will conduct organizational needs assessment to identify improvement opportunities at the systematic level. The Sr. Consultant will also serve as a consultative liaison between front-line operations, the Talent Management and Human Resources function. Successful execution of this position will include effective delivery of programs, policies and efforts aligned to the broader purpose, vision and objectives Geisinger.
