Sales Development Representative About the role: As a Sales Development Representative on Vanguard’s Financial Advisor Services (FAS) team, you’ll play an important role in helping financial advisors deliver better outcomes for their clients—while supporting Vanguard’s mission to give investors the best chance for investment success. This role is intentionally designed as an early-career opportunity, ideal for recent graduates or those beginning their careers in financial services who are eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term future at Vanguard. You’ll gain broad exposure to our products, markets, and advisor relationships, with a clear path to developing into a wholesaler. What you’ll do: Respond to inbound calls from financial advisors with questions about market trends, Vanguard products, and competitor offerings. Learn how to profile advisor practices, identify client needs, and discuss appropriate Vanguard investment solutions. Route qualified opportunities to the Financial Advisor Services sales team and support the progression of those relationships.
