CSQ327R199: The Resource Manager is a strategic business partner for the Customer Success and Services organization, ensuring that our customers are matched with relevant talent and expertise to solve the world's toughest problems. The primary responsibility of the Resource Manager is to manage resourcing for all potential and assigned projects. This position requires the individual to determine personnel requirements, provide ongoing support to project managers, and collaborate on resource management with multiple teams within our organization. The resource manager will be someone who can accurately assess resource needs and provide sufficient capacity to realize project goals.
