In this role, you'll: Provide high-level, end-to-end ministerial correspondence service to Transport’s Ministers, Secretary, and divisions, ensuring quality assurance and continuous improvement while adhering to political frameworks and protocols. You’ll research, draft and write Ministerial correspondence that reflects Ministerial tone, language and formality, ensuring responses are accurate, clear and suitable for the final audience without further review or quality assurance. You’ll also maintain organised records, manage workflows through the Ministerial Correspondence System, and contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and consistency.
