Quality Assurance Manager Global Markets We are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager Global Markets to join our Quality Department in our business unit Bolton Food based in Italy. How you make the difference: You will act as a key link between customers and internal teams, leveraging technical expertise and a solution-oriented mindset to enhance quality performance and deliver reliable, compliant products. How your agenda looks like: - You will act as the technical point of contact for customers on quality, food safety, and product specifications; - You will manage customer technical requests and coordinate with internal teams (Quality, Plant QC, Regulatory, and Operations) to validate information; - You will handle customer and consumer complaints end-to-end, including root cause analysis and corrective actions; - You will support customer audits and technical visits; - You will prepare and maintain customer technical documentation; - You will monitor quality performance and contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes.
