Basic Job Functions: Responsible for performing a broad range of HR-related duties while providing day-to-day HR support for assigned manufacturing crew(s) and/or departments. Partner closely with manufacturing supervisors and other leaders in supporting 24/7 manufacturing operations. Originate and lead Human Resources practices and objectives that support the entire Human Resources team. Lead associate relations effort and ensure all human resources functions and activities are carried out effectively, efficiently, and in accordance with First Solar’s Core Values and Behaviors. This includes coordination and implementation of policies, programs, procedures, and programs in the following functional areas: benefits, employee relations, training, onboarding, policy implementation, and employment law compliance. Experience: Education: - Minimum 2 to 4 years’ experience in Human Resources required - Proven employee relations experience is required - Experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred - Knowledge of HRIS systems (Workday), ADP and Kronos, a plus - Working knowl...
