Summary The Sr. Director of Operational Execution serves as the strategic driver and onsite leader for the Twin Falls plant’s highest-priority initiatives, programs, and cross-functional projects. Acting as an extension of the SVP of Operations, this role ensures operational alignment, disciplined execution, clear accountability, and timely delivery across all major workstreams that impact plant performance, capability, and scalability. This leader is a core member of the Twin Falls Site Leadership Team and plays a critical role in shaping the plant’s long-range operational roadmap, elevating executional rigor, and enabling the site to consistently meet business objectives in safety, quality, service, cost, and people development.
