Job Description Summary The Warranty Manager will be primarily responsible for driving warranty cases and controlling costs for the PC installed base in the region. The role involves managing warranty claims in alignment with company processes and collaborating closely with operational leaders. The Warranty Manager will also partner with business project managers and (system) engineering teams to identify the right solutions and ensure timely and effective customer resolution. Job Description: Tasks: - Own warranty claims and drive their resolution - Perform periodic analysis of defects and their respective costs, utilizing this information to drive change back to the functions reducing long term risks associated with GE's warranty budget - Support the continued development, along with communication, to lean and improve the warranty processes with visible metrics and scorecards - Drive adoption of, and ensure compliance with, all standards and processes driven out of simplification and synergies with our Service business to provide world class customer service for our customers - Partner closely with Service business teams and leaders to assist in development and build out of Servi...
