OVERVIEW: The Manager of BI and Analytics is responsible for leading Cavender’s enterprise business intelligence and analytics strategy by designing, developing, and governing data solutions that support informed decision-making across the organization. Reporting to the Vice President, Retail Data & Digital Architecture, this role serves as both a strategic leader and hands-on architect for major data initiatives. This position partners closely with cross-functional teams across IT, Finance, Merchandising, Supply Chain, HR, and Operations to deliver scalable, high-quality analytics solutions. The Manager, BI and Analytics leads a team of BI developers, reporting analysts, and data engineers while remaining actively involved in solution design, data modeling, and advanced analytics. This is a player-coach role requiring deep expertise in Snowflake, Power BI, analytics engineering, data governance, and predictive analytics.
