This includes designing exercise programs for clients of all levels and abilities, providing appropriate modifications when necessary, and providing education related to the safe use of exercise equipment and facilities. Individuals holding this position must be able to develop, document, and implement one-on-one, partner, and/or group workout programs that safely & effectively meet clients' needs and goals. Clients may include Baylor University students, faculty, staff, and spouses/dependents.
