About this role We are looking for an experienced Finance professional to join Carrier as an FP&A Manager supporting the Truck Trailer Americas (TTA) Service & Aftermarket business. Based in Athens, GA , this role reports to the CFO, Climate Solutions Transportation – Americas, and is a key member of the Americas Transportation Finance team. This position plays a critical role in driving financial performance and decision-making for the Service business. The FP&A Manager will own end‑to‑end forecasting and budgeting processes, support month‑end close and performance reviews, and develop robust financial models and roadmaps across sales, margins, EBIT, cash flow, and working capital. Partnering closely with cross‑functional business and finance stakeholders, the role delivers clear, data‑driven insights, ensures accuracy and transparency in reporting, and supports strategic planning, growth initiatives, and operational execution.
