POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Project Controls Manager is responsible for establishing, managing and overseeing project controls functions including cost, schedule, risk, reporting, change management and forecasting across large-scale data center and infrastructure projects. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Responsible for establishing and executing the high-level strategic direction of project controls including cost management, risk management, and schedule management. - Take the lead for project controls deliverables that require cross-functional input. - Motivate the team by providing clear directions and goals. - Assist with weekly team meetings to discuss progress on initiatives and to drive performance. - Lead the development and production of regular reporting. - Prepares documentation for project gateway and approval processes. - Develop overall guidelines for project level chartering and partnering. - Lead the development, implementation and management of project controls procedures across cost, schedule, progress, risk and change - Oversee cost management including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and cost ‑ to ‑ complete evaluations - Manage integrated project sched...
