This position is 100% Grant - Funded and Subject to Evaluation Annually This position will report to the Midtown Harrisburg Campus Job Summary: The Career Advisor is responsible for delivering comprehensive career, training, and employment services to eligible participants under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Adult Program. This position conducts assessments, develops individualized service strategies, administers case management, and ensures program compliance in accordance with all federal, state, and local regulations. The Career Advisor supports participants in obtaining employment, achieving career advancement, and meeting performance outcomes established by WIOA. This position is contingent on grant-funding. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Education, Counseling, Social Work, Workforce Development, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered. Demonstrated experience in career counseling, case management, workforce development, or related human services fields.
