Position Summary: As an IMS Inside Sales Representative at STERIS, you will manage sales and Customer activities in an assigned nationwide sales territory consisting of Government Accounts. You are expected to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration by building relationships, understanding Customer needs, selling the Instrument Management Services (IMS) portfolio of services and products, and prospecting revenue opportunities. What you will do as an Inside Sales Representative The Experience, Skills and Abilities Needed - Drive Government Performance revenue growth by expanding pipeline, improving conversions, and strengthening account engagement and Customer Relationships. - Focus approximately 75-100% of the time prospecting new opportunities by completing (50) outbound cold calls per week prioritizing zero dollar accounts. - Collaborate with field sales and sales support teams to identify and close new business. - Partner with field service teams assigned to territory including facilita...
