CNC Machine Operator Department: Manufacturing: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Gainesville, FL: Description: Manufacture implants and instruments at an introductory level. Key Responsibilities: - Operate CNC machines with minimal assistance. - Work from written instructions; (Work Instructions) - Be able to adjust offsets to maintain dimensional integrity. - Ability to inspect own work with minimal assistance. - Meet production standards and quality expectations. - Ability to document results accurately. - Understand and follow GMP procedures as applicable to job duties. - Understand and follow all departmental SOP’s. Document and report any process deviations to team leader. - Understand and comply with all department safety policies and procedures. - Know and apply the Quality System and any appropriate Federal and International standards. - Assist and support other employees, teams, and sales personnel as necessary. - Any other duties as assigned by Team Leader Education: Experience: - High School Diploma or GED required. - Able to read blueprints. - Strong math skills - Able to use basic inspection tools, calipers, mics, etc - Some manufacturing experience.
