We are seeking a talented Quality Control Supervisor II to join our team at Sensient Agricultural Ingredients in Turlock, CA. The Quality Control Supervisor II is responsible for supervision of the SAI Turlock QC leads and QC technicians, as well as ensuring laboratory equipment is being maintained and calibrated properly. The QC Supervisor is also responsible to ensure that applicable regulatory, customer, and GFSI standards or requirements are met What you’ll do: - Manage scheduling for QC technicians to ensure coverage for production support, equipment calibration, product traceability, raw material, product sampling and testing, pre-operational inspections, and other special projects. - Hire, train, supervise and develop QC Leads and Technicians to ensure that they fully understand and adhere to food safety and quality-systems programs and SOPs while ensuring proper staff coverage. - Assist in the implementation of new policies and procedures, and lead efforts to improve quality methods, equi...
