About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and motivated Alpine Head Coach to lead our Alpine Ski Racing Program. This is a dynamic leadership role responsible for planning and executing all aspects of athlete development, training, and competition programming. The successful candidate will bring a balance of technical expertise, leadership acumen, and passion for fostering a safe, inclusive, and high-performance team culture. As the Alpine Head Coach, you will be instrumental in advancing the club’s mission—developing confident, capable athletes who strive for excellence both on and off the hill. You’ll work closely with the Board of Directors and coaching staff to ensure programs align with BC Alpine standards and the Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) model. Key Responsibilities: Athlete Development & Coaching: Design and deliver comprehensive on-snow training plans aligned with LTAD principles and seasonal goals.
