Loader Operator / Maintenance – OSCO Aggregates The OSCO Construction Group is a collection of companies operating in steel, concrete and construction. OSCO Aggregates, a division of OSCO Construction Group, is seeking a reliable and safety‑focused Loader Operator / Maintenance Worker to join our pit operations team. This dual-role position is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of heavy equipment —primarily wheel loaders—and performing routine maintenance, inspections, and general upkeep of equipment and pit infrastructure. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
