Description SUMMARY: The Director of Summer Programs is a strategic, mission-driven leader who sets the vision and leads the development and execution of a high-quality summer program that delivers exceptional student experiences. This role oversees all phases of programming, from vision and program design to execution, evaluation, and long-term growth. This individual will work collaboratively across departments to ensure an exceptional experience for students, families, and community partners. This is a full-time, 12-month, exempt position. Some evening and weekend work is required . RESPONSIBILITIES: Program Strategy and Development: - Develop and lead all summer programs, including academic, enrichment, and athletic offerings. - Partner with faculty, staff, and external vendors to design fun and innovative programs that reflect the school’s mission, values, and standards of excellence. - Lead post season program assessments to effectively evaluate camp programming.
