Job Description: Introduction: During Long Shutdown 3 (LS3, 2026-2030), the ATLAS detector will be upgraded with new detector systems, requiring detailed engineering work to finalise their design, integration, installation sequence, and connection to services. This will involve substantial on-site activities. As a mechanical engineer, you will join the TC engineering team and serve as the interface between ATLAS Technical Coordination (TC) and the detector upgrade teams, particularly for critical mechanical integration activities.
