SCHEDULE: Saturday, Sunday, 1 Weekday, 8:15am - 5:00pm; On-call 2 weekdays per month TERRITORY: Center Line, Hazel Park, Warren, Ferndale, Royal Oak, Detroit, River Rouge, Hamtramck HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE: As a Registered Nurse (RN) the work you do every day makes a difference in the lives of our patients. Our nurses give our patients the greatest gift – the ability to spend enhanced quality time with their loved ones in their preferred environment. As a RN you will have the opportunity to provide one on one patient care and work at the top of your license. You will utilize your leadership skills in coordinating care and provide home-based nursing care for patients as directed by an attending physician. You'll be part of an interdisciplinary team that focuses on providing compassionate quality care and producing positive outcomes for your patient population.
