Description Job Summary: The Mobile Home Community Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing homes, common areas, and facilities within the community. This role ensures the property remains safe, functional, and well-maintained by performing routine maintenance, responding to resident service requests, and coordinating with vendors as needed.
