Responsibilities Peraton is seeking a Subcontracts Senior Manager to support our National Aerospace Solutions Sector. The Senior Manager will be responsible for the following: - Oversee the uniform implementation of subcontract requests for proposal, subcontractor cost and/or price analysis, subcontract negotiations, subcontract administration and modifications. - Provide interpretation of subcontract related documents to program personnel and Sector leadership as necessary. - Assist during DCAA/DCMA Procurement audits. - Develop solutions for complex procurement problems effecting company compliance and ensures satisfaction of legal requirements, federal regulation and public law, customer objectives, and ethical business standards - Provide subcontract group support for prime proposals to Government customer. - Act as liaison between subcontractors, Subcontracts department and technical personnel to ensure supplier performance. - Provide input and assist in small business subcontract reporting as necessary. - Work with Contracts, Subcontracts, Procurement and Corporate Subcontracts to help develop department policies and procedures. - Participate in cross functional planning and...
