Purpose: The Manager is responsible for leading a loan operations team of 3 to 5 staff in delivering quality administrative services to Corporate Clients relative to credit facilities generated by GBM and other BNS units wherein the Bank is an agent, participant lender or direct lender in a credit facility. The Manager is responsible for supervising a team of Assistant Managers and Analysts working together with the Director / Senior Manager and / other Managers to oversee quality execution of all administrative duties in a timely manner, meeting team productivity targets, execute staffing plans, monitor and oversee operational controls and form part of the working management team.
