Description The Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering at Arizona State University (ASU) and the School for Engineering of Matter, Transport and Energy ( SEMTE ) seek applicants for a position of Teaching Professor, Associate Teaching Professor, or Assistant Teaching Professor in the area of Aerospace Engineering and Mechanical Engineering. Appointment will be at the rank commensurate with the candidate’s experience and accomplishments, beginning August 2026. The School for Engineering of Matter, Transport and Energy houses undergraduate and graduate programs in Aerospace, Chemical, Materials, and Mechanical Engineering. SEMTE is one of the eight schools within the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering, the largest and one of the most innovative research engineering colleges in the nation. The college, which serves a large and multicultural student body, is a recognized leader in engineering education and is committed to teaching excellence.
