Associate must be detail oriented and great intrapersonal and guest relation skills. Physical abilities: Standing/Walking: Constantly. Walking every floor and into every room daily to ensure mini bar pars are met and to take counts of product to charge guests accordingly. Handling: Frequently. Phone, papers, files, pen, pencils, keyboards, inventory, sharp objects i.e. wine openers and bottle openers, keys and key cards Crouching: Frequently. to restock storage room, mini bar cart and guest rooms Grasping: Occasionally. Heavy boxes of inventory, opening doors, individual inventory and mini bar cart. Talking/Hearing in person: Constantly: guests, associates, and community.
