Job description
Support Fraud Operations’ workforce decisions by providing quantitative and qualitative data analysis and reporting of patterns, insights, and trends to leadership via dashboards and reports. Analyze workload, capacity, and staffing challenges using business intelligence tools that incorporate data from internal and external sources. Can lead discussions with operational leaders to evaluate and determine business needs and objectives to make recommendations that enable data driven decision. Demonstrate advanced skill and proficiency with analytical procedures and workforce forecasting techniques. - Collect, aggregate, and analyze data from multiple sources, including structured and unstructured data sets, to drive insights into business performance - Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns and prepare ongoing reports and data visualizations to support staffing decisions - Produce and manage actionable reports that show key performance indicators, identify areas of improvement into current operations, and display root cause analysis of problems - Use data and analytics to improve processes and provide forecasts of potential costs, risks, and value of new business initiat...
