The role We are looking for a hands-on, organised, and people-focused On Job Trainer to join our team on a fixed-term basis through to the end of November 2026. Based on-site in Bowen, you will be the primary point of contact for all on-the-job training delivery, working closely with local supervisors and site management to ensure every employee is competent, compliant, and confident in their role from day one. Reporting to the HR Manager, this role sits within our People & Culture team and contributes directly to Mulgowie's commitment to food safety, workplace health and safety, and operational excellence. Your key responsibilities will include: To be successful in this position you will have - Planning, scheduling, and delivering the employee induction programme for all new starters, covering organisational policies, food safety, WHS, and site-specific requirements - Adapting and maintaining site-specific versions of core work instructions, ensuring all references to local equipment, processes, and conditions are accurate and current - Delivering task-level on-the-job training to new and existing employees using localised work instructions, training checklists, and practical demo...
