THE ROLE & THE TEAM: Zalando Stores Experiences & Clearance Solutions is a retail-focused business unit, responsible for managing overstock from across the entire Zalando Group. We operate 16 (and counting) physical outlet stores across Germany, the Zalando Beauty Station in Berlin, and various other overstock channels. While retail is at the core of our operations, we increasingly collaborate on initiatives across the wider Zalando Group – expanding our scope and creating new data needs in the process. In recent years, we have strengthened and streamlined our BI landscape, putting in place cleaner data models, stronger governance, and more unified reporting. As a Senior Software Engineer (all genders) you will join an autonomous, cross-functional team, lay and transform the technical foundation needed as we continue our growth. You will design, architect, and build mission-critical applications that improve and automate processes for different groups of stakeholders (Stores Management, Zalando Engineering Community, Outlets customers).
