Job Summary The Registered Nurse provides professional nursing care within an assigned unit, delivering individualized, age-specific, and direct bedside care in alignment with the nursing process and patient needs. - C ollaborates with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care planning and ensure optimal patient outcomes. - Serves as a clinical leader by assessing, planning, delegating, and exercising independent judgment in directing other healthcare staff in the provision of safe, effective care. - Evaluating the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice. - Supporting patient goals - Ensuring safety guidelines and work practices. - Special Skills - Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members are required. Candidates must be able to perform in a fast-paced environment with occasional periods of above-average pressure. Excellent customer service skills and basic computer proficiency are also required.
