Job Scope: The Senior CNC Programmer creates CNC code to produce medical devices on CNC equipment utilizing CAD/CAM software or manual programming methods during Process Development or Process Improvement for use in a Production environment. Day Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM Responsibilities: - Develop and optimize production programs using CAM software. - Create and maintain production documentation. - Mentor and train production machinists. - Collaborate with Manufacturing and Quality Engineers to develop and refine manufacturing processes for new products. - Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI) development teams and validation activities. - Assist in training and transitioning processes to production personnel. - Troubleshoot and resolve setup and programming issues on the product...
