POSITION OVERVIEW: Under the direction of the Residential Services Manager; the maintenance worker shall be responsible for plumbing, electrical, access control and HVAC maintenance, perform regular preventative maintenance and respond to requests and complaints of designated areas of KCSC Residential Services Programs. Areas include kitchen, offices, restaurants, and outside building (pick up garbage, shoveling, etc.); as well as other duties requested by the Program Supervisor.
