Working Pattern: Typically 5 days in the office, with core hours flexible between 8am-6pm. The Role: As our new Assistant Menswear Nightwear & Loungewear Designer, you’ll be the creative heart of this range, turning the latest global trends into "must-have" pieces our customers will love.You’ll work at pace, translating high-level briefs into commercial, budget-friendly designs that don’t compromise on style. Our Designers here at Next are always looking forward. Looking for that Next thing, focusing on trends and pushing the boundaries of what we can offer our fantastic customer base. Working as a key part of the critical path; creating new and innovative designs across Menswear Nightwear & Loungewear. What You’ll Take On: Lead the Creative Vision: You’ll set the design direction for the Menswear Loungewear & Nightwear range, identifying key trends in colour, shape, and fabric to keep our collections ahead of the curve.
