Job Description: Essential Duties & Responsibilities including but not limited to: 1) Develop a comprehensive health plan for patients and families, including social and emotional needs as well as medical management. 2) Perform routine health examinations through baseline histories review of systems and complete medical histories and Physical examinations. Differentiate normal results from abnormal findings. 3) Identify and manage specified acute illness, i.e. URI, UTI, vaginitis, etc. 4) Identify and manage urgent care, i.e. superficial wounds and lacerations, burns, sprains, minor fractions, etc. 5) Monitor and manage stabilized patients with chronic diseases, i.e. hypertension, diabetes, thyroid, etc. 6) Respond to and assisting the treatment of patients requiring emergency care. 7) Write prescriptions and medical orders’ dispense sample medications and administer injections and immunizations under established guidelines.
