The Project Manager leads the success of flat glass projects by owning the customer journey from estimate to installation . This role drives revenue through accurate estimating and efficient project planning while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and professional execution in the field. The Project Manager is the central coordinator between customers, vendors, field installers, CSRs, and branch leadership.
