POSITION SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Operations or Clinical Team manager(s), this position ensures optimum patient outcomes related to medication use by preventing or resolving drug-related problems and coordinating the acquisition, distribution and control of all drug therapy to patients. Area of practice defendant individual's preference, training, and the clinical needs of the department.
