What You’ll Do: - Must be able to perform pruning, defoliation, trimming, and plant support tasks. - Must be able to clone, transplant, water, fertilize, and transition cannabis plants as needed. - Responsible for monitoring plant health and reporting signs of stress, pests, or disease. - Must record data on plant development and environmental conditions as instructed. - Required to assist in harvesting flowering plants and preparing them for post-harvest. - Must maintain a clean, organized, and c...
