Job Title Assistant Director - Operations Management TBTV Department: True Blue TV Productions: Salary: $59,724 - $74,355; commensurate with experience Job Summary/Basic Function: Reporting to the Director of True Blue TV Event Productions, the Assistant Director, Operations Management serves as the point person for managing the inventory and maintenance of approximately $3,000,000 in university-owned gear related to event productions. In addition, they supervise staff at the Event Productions warehouse and storage facilities, as well as at the repair shop located in the James Union Building. The Assistant Director – Operations Management serves as Senior Project Manager for event planning and design through the final execution of the project. They also serve as the Senior Audio Technician on all major events, lead audio department operations, including system design, quality control, show execution standards, and support live and broadcast events across the university campus by ensuring production quality, technical consistency, and the smooth execution of audio.
