The Lead MRI Technologist serves as a clinical expert for the assigned territory and as a primary trainer for new hires. Performs scanning responsibilities. Specific duties include, but are not limited to: Performs clinical scans Trains new hires and conducts ongoing reviews on clinical competencies. Assists with day to day unit operational issues. Works with team and customer on protocol development and review. Position Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent experience required; Associate's Degree or equivalent experience preferred. ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT as allowable by contract in lieu of ARRT required. State license, if applicable required. CPR certification required - BLS CPR Certification through the American Heart Association Kaiser only Valid state driver’s license, as applicable required. Minimum 3 years technologist experience. Ability to work at several locations. Strong customer service skills. Organizational and multi-tasking skills. Basic knowledge of computer applications and programs. Local travel may be required.
