Job description

Position Overview The Process Technician 1's role is to assist Engineers in the execution and analysis of 3D printed builds and perform maintenance in support of tool operation within the overall scope of the engineering function at the company. In this role, you will learn all about the operation and maintenance of post-processing machines and processes. The primary function of this position is to assist in the post-processing of 3D printed builds and supporting tools following detailed procedures and safety guidelines. This position reports onsite to our Fremont CA location Monday through Friday from 6:00am to 2:30pm. Essential Functions: - Preventive maintenance of supportive tools - Operate machines for post-processing steps with attention to detail and safety - Follow procedures to perform basic metrology and post-processing steps on the parts after printing - Follow directions for proper record keeping using electronic MFG systems - Initiate and participate in process improvement activities as approved and directed by the supervisor - Participate in team and other assigned meetings - Other duties as needed or required Qualifications: - 2 years of directly applicable experienc...
