At Robots & Pencils, we drive digital innovation by building meaningful, scalable software products for forward-thinking clients. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Delivery Manager to lead distributed teams across North America. The Delivery Lead is responsible for ensuring successful execution of the Agentic Vehicle Assistant Proof of Concept (POC) engagement through proactive delivery oversight, stakeholder coordination, and operational leadership. This role will facilitate phase review checkpoints, manage delivery risks and dependencies, coordinate cross-functional pod activities, and maintain clear communication between stakeholders and the Robots & Pencils delivery team. The Delivery Lead will help ensure the engagement progresses smoothly across Discovery, Core Build, and Intelligence & Polish phases while supporting an iterative, fast-moving, proof-of-concept delivery model.
