Lead Field Service Technician (based in greater Portland, MN area)

Job description

This position is based out of our Scarborough, ME office and will require local travel to customers for maintenance support. The Lead Field Service Technician is responsible for scheduling service calls, and handling all day-to-day service issues that arise. This position is responsible for repairing copiers, printers, and fax machines as well as provides networking services and support. Primary Responsibilities: - Repair customer copiers, fax machines, and printers. - Configure repair estimates and communicates them to customers. - Prepare billing for service calls. - Maintain inventory of parts and supplies used to repair and service customer equipment. - Purchase repair parts and supplies from multiple vendors. - Coordinate & schedule delivery of equipment to customers. - Attend training as necessary. Education and Experience: - Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred - Minimum 5 years’ experience in electronics repair; copier, fax, printer repair experience a plus - A+ Certification preferred - Network+ Certification preferred - Canon certifications a plus - Valid driver's license required - Possess the ability to troubleshoot electrical as well as mechanical issu...
