Job Title Head of HR Türkiye Job Description: As Head of HR Türkiye, you'll provide professional guidance and expert advice to People Leader Partners, People Leaders, and PPS on HR-related topics, ensuring compliance with local labor law and organizational policies. Your focus will be on delivering consistent, high-quality HR service and driving employee and labor relations strategies for organizational stability and a positive employee experience. The geographical scope is Türkiye, and the role reports to the People Partnering Lead META/CEE regions. Your role: Interacts with the Management Board and executes on the resolutions of the Management Board. If relevant, interacts with relevant external institutions and audits while ensuring related internal and external communications. Ensure commercial offices are operating in line with evolving local labor law requirements, develop and lead nationalization programs. Monitor and ensure adherence.
