Job Title: Youth Programming Generalist Job Status: Part-time (up to 20 hours) Job Summary: Under general supervision, the Youth Programming Generalist uses intermediate knowledge in youth development and community organizing to develop and implement engaging and empowering youth programming for assigned program area(s). The employee is responsible for curriculum development and execution, as well as recruiting and retaining active youth participants. Actively collaborates with other ACCESS programs and national institutions to support ACCESS youth strategy. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Oversee assigned youth program(s), including curriculum development, participant recruitment, enrollment, engagement, and follow-up - Plan, execute and lead events and relevant programming for participants and alumni from ACCESS youth programming - Working with the ACCESS Youth Advisory Council, support the planning and execution of ACCESS and its national institutions’ integrated youth strategy - Intentionally connect participants and alumni of ACCESS youth programs to professional and leadership development opportunities including conferences, trainings, workshops, internships and job...
