We are seeking an experienced UX Community and Enablement Manager to build and scale a company-wide UX and Digital Employee Experience (DEX) ecosystem. This role combines community-driven knowledge sharing with structured capability development to embed user-centered design across Product, Engineering and Business teams. Acting as a key driver of UX maturity and organizational change, the role ensures that user-centered design becomes a standard way of working across the organization. The goal is to ensure UX is not just about delivering designs, but about helping teams build the right products in the right way.
