Grader Operator- Deersdale

Job description

Central New Brunswick Woodlands is currently seeking qualified Grader Operator(s) for forestry operations based out of Deersdale, New Brunswick. The successful candidate(s) will operate a company-owned Caterpillar 14M motor grader to support the construction and maintenance of forestry road infrastructure. This position requires a strong understanding of road-building practices, a commitment to safe work procedures, and the ability to work effectively in remote operating environments. Operational requirements: - Participate in training, safety meetings, and coaching initiatives - Maintain productivity in a fast-paced work environment with minimal supervision - Perform other duties as assigned by management Work Conditions: - Work is conducted primarily on JDI freehold land - Ability to work rotating shifts within a 24/7 production environment - Overtime may be required based on operational demands Transportation and Accomodations: Central New Brunswick Woodlands is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful workplace.
