POSITION SUMMARY: Under the direction of Director, Ambulatory Performance, the Senior Ambulatory Performance Manager is responsible for the performance of ambulatory services against key hospital goals, specifically: volume, access, expenses, and patient experience. Works with the administrative directors and medical directors on key data analysis, project management, and developing and managing cross-cutting initiatives that improve performance. Provides direction and support to practice managers in assessing, planning, implementing and sustaining change and improvement in their respective organizations.
